Cranston settles dispute with R.I. Resource Recovery

CRANSTON -- The city has settled a long-running dispute with the Rhode Island Resource Recovery Corporation, paving the way for the transfer of $2 million in back payments owed to Cranston for the treatment of storm run-off and leachate from the Central Landfill.
