PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- There's a chance of showers, most likely after 3 p.m. Thursday, according to the National Weather Service. Otherwise, we'll have a mostly cloudy day with a high near 52. The wind will blow at about 5 mph. from the south. There's a chance of showers Thursday night with a low around 39 mph. After we get through this gray November day, the weather should get progressively better over the next several days. Friday should be mostly sunny and 49 degrees.
