PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) -- Providence authorities will be conducting a port security drill today, and the head of the U.S. Fire Administration will be on hand to observe. The city Emergency Management Agency's exercise will involve using cameras to monitor Narragansett Bay. Fire Administration Administrator Kelvin Cochran is set to attend. |
