PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Gasoline prices in Rhode Island have fallen another four cents and have now dropped for three straight weeks, according to AAA Southern New England. The average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline is $2.639 at the self-service pump, according to AAA's weekly survey. The four-cent drop is the biggest drop in one week since the end of 2008, AAA says. The average price has fallen seven cents in the past three weeks, according to AAA. Rhode Island drivers are paying 11 cents more than the national average, but $1.46 less than they were at this time last year. AAA's survey found a 31-cent range in prices, from a high of $2.769 to a low of $2.459, and as usual, the car club advises drivers to shop around for the best price.

For those in the East Bay area, Iggy's on Market St/Rt 136 in Warren is $2.39/g if you pay cash.
It's nice to see prices finally reflect actual market conditions rather than speculation.

Thanks for letting everyone know about Iggy's. That's where I get my gas too. There is also an ATM inside if snyone needs it. I usually take extra out of the bank in anticipation of getting gas.
