PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Mayor David N. Cicilline will unveil his revised budget for the next fiscal year Monday at a 10:45 a.m. news conference in City Hall. According to a statement from Cicilline's office, the revised budget, to be submitted later Monday to the City Council, reflects the mayor's "unrelenting commitment" to continue city services and protect taxpayers from "substantial" tax increases.
