WEST WARWICK, R.I. -- The police have arrested a sex offender on charges he had failed to notify the police of an address change. John Wayne St. Germain, 45, formerly of West Warwick, now lives in Cranston. St. Germain was released on personal recognizance following an arraignment in district court Tuesday. A felony screening has been scheduled for July 13. It's unclear if St. Germain has already registered as a sex offender in Cranston. |
