The Rhode Island International Film Festival has won a New England Emmy award for two of its public service announcements promoting its August 2008 festival. The award was handed out in a ceremony in Boston. The spots featured Trinity Rep actors Richard Donnelly and Phyllis Kay, with brief appearances as well by film director Michael Corrente and Providence Mayor David N. Cicilline. |
