I think that having pornography in the confines of your home should not be crime, granted it is usually children, which I do have a problem with.these people are sick but government should not be in our homes,it just doesn't seem right they get labled pedofile because of the internet.the gov.needs to remove all that trash so that its not there to begin with.it seems like entrapment.

Having pornography in your home is not a crime, but HAVING CHILD PORNNOGRAPHY IS! This man was not arrested for simply having adult consentual pornographic images/videos on his computer. He was arrested for having images of innocent, vulnerable children - let me repeat that- CHILDREN, in sexually explicit images. The man IS a pedophile- he is viewing images of children being sexually abused. How is that not an act of pedophilia? How do you know that this man did not create those images himself? And even if he just downloaded them, he is creating a demand for others to go out and create them and abuse young kids. I would think that any decent human-being would want people like this to be held accountable for thier actions and would want to protect the welfare of young children who need protection.
This is in no way entrapment. Law enforcement were able to determine the man had these images/videos on his computer by tracking the download stream of the original images. They didn't just happen upon it, and the man didn't just happen to have these images on his computer. If a person had any doubt as to what they were downloading, they shouldn't have downloaded it in the first place.
The government is trying to remove all images like this from the internet - but with MILLIONS of people having access to the internet and being able to upload whatever files they please at any second- it is a hard fight to win. The law is going after those who they can - those who provide a demand for sick individuals to post and create these sick acts against children.
