BARRINGTON, R.I. -- No charges will be brought against four members of the Barrington lacrosse team after an iPod and cash were stolen from the locker room at Moses Brown School after a May 1 game at the Providence prep school. Sgt. Carl W. Weston of the Providence Police Department said the parents of the Moses Brown student decided not to press charges after a member of the Barrington lacrosse team gave back the stolen iPod. Initially, the police reported that $180 was stolen but Weston said the amount was closer to $20. Weston said that a video in the Moses Brown locker room enabled Barrington High School officials to identify the lacrosse players, although the video did not capture the actual theft.
