Iway: Drivers negotiate road at rush-hour peak / Photos

Traffic slows along Route195 west Thursday morning after the DOT opens a new section of the relocated highway, creating a new split at the Providence end of the Washington Bridge. As shown in both photos above and below, traffic was heavy at the peak of rush hour as drivers get used to the new Iway configuration.
