The 7 to 7 Breaking News Blog staff is off duty on Monday, Memorial Day.

But projo.com will be updated in the event of major local news. And we'll publish stories from the Providence Journal as soon as they are available.

As usual, our national and international news feeds will continue to run. And we will post on our sports blogs through the holiday weekend.

We'll return to our normal schedule for the 7 to 7 Blog on Tuesday, May 26.
