Windsong S. Hadley, 26, of 105 Canton St., Providence, was charged with driving under the influence after state police stopped him at 1:50 a.m. while he was driving on Kinsley Avenue in Providence. Also arrested was Jonathan Lavergne, 26, of 74 Pearson Ave., Pawtucket, for driving under the influence after the state police stopped his car at 1:45 a.m. on Route 95 north at Exit 27, the police said. They were both brought to the Lincoln Barracks and released after they were arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, the police said. |
