By Cynthia Needham Attention sports nuts: remember the plan to create Red Sox and Patriots license plates? Fear not, it hasn't dissolved, just given a temporary time out. Legislative spokesmen tell Political Scene that the bills -- which for a time were moving toward certain victory in the Assembly -- were sent back to committee to work out some legal issues. this is not about the plates, this is about our bay. i been shell fishing for a while now,an been diggin up black shell shell fish, an it smells like oil an cesspool, near the shore i remeber years ago the shells where blue clean shells, the bay is getting worst an now they saying lobsters are depleting hmmm i wonder why the bays a toilet an THEY SAY THE BAY IS GETTING CLEANER!!!!!!!!!!! WAT BAY WATCH THEM BLACKSHELLS, CONSERN BAY PERSON I THINK THEY SHOULD THE DEM SHOULD DRIVE THE SHORE LINE FOR PIPES COMEING FROM PEOPLES HOUSE THAT ARE DUMPING INTO THE BAY, THEY HAVE A BOAT RITE I WONT TAKE THAT LONG.
