Manuael Martinez baits a hook for Ramon Guzman on the Seekonk River in Providence Wednesday. About two dozen fishermen were lined up along the shore on River Drive in the afternoon hoping to catch striped bass, which are moving into the area. Martinez and Guzman are from Providence.
