PAWTUCKET, R.I. -- "Rhode Island's Creative Community" is hosting a youth talent show to celebrate "World No Tobacco Day", which will be observed around the world on Sunday. All contestants are required to include an anti-tobacco message in their performance. The show will be held 2 to 6 p.m. at the Veterans Amphitheatre, next to Pawtucket City Hall, 37 Roosevelt Ave.
