| Update: Health Department confirms first swine flu case »
By FELICE J. FREYER A Johnson & Wales University student is Rhode Island's fourth probable case of the H1N1 swine-flu, health officials announced late Friday. The Health Department has advised the university to cancel all classes and weekend activities at both the Providence and Cranston campuses. After the Health Department gathers more information, a decision will be made about canceling classes next week. The student had recently traveled to New York City, and came down with flu-like symptoms. The student lives off campus and does not use the university dining hall. |
