Gee, I wonder what he needed the money for? Could it be DRUGS????? Back in the 60's and 70's we were assured that street drug use was a "victimless crime". But now we see that druggies are soul-less, cowardly, and desperate addicts who keep our prisons full, not from their drug use, but from their need to raise cash to feed their habit! Consider this, if street drugs are legalized you'll have even more drugged out losers without the ability to keep a job who're strung out on substances that they can buy over the counter. How fast can you build prisons America?
