Earl J. "Buddy" Croft, III, executive director of the Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority, has been named to the board of the International Bridge, Tunnel & Turnpike Association, the authority said. The IBTTA is an international organization of toll operators and associated industries that promotes and improves toll-financed transportation services by sharing knowledge and ideas. It has more than 300 member agencies in 25 countries. Croft has headed the authority since 2006.
