PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Actor Jack Nicholson will be at Brown University next weekend, speaking at a conference that's part of the Ivy Film Festival, the festival's Web site announced today.

Nicholson, winner of three Academy Awards - One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, As Good As It Gets and Terms of Endearment - will be appearing along with Robert Evans, producer of such films as Chinatown and The Godfather, and with Brad Grey, chairman and CEO of Paramount Pictures.

The festival, which is April 21 to April 26 and is in its ninth year, drew 350 film submissions from 125 schools this year. The six-day event features screenings, lectures and one notable conference, Saturday, April 25 at 3 p.m. in Brown's Solomon Building on the campus' main green. That's when Nicholson, Evans and Grey will speak.
