As the state of Rhode Island is poised to get an estimated $37.6 million for dozens of projects from the federal spending bill, the centerpiece story and photos on the front page of Thursday's Providence Journal identifies some of the key recipients across the state. Stripped across the top: A story about dueling lawsuits filed this week by Roger Williams University and its former board chairman, Ralph R. Papitto. And, of course, there's more reaction to the FY 2010 budget proposed by Governor Carcieri earlier this week.
