Students Kaylene Inthong, left, and Chabeli Florian, both juniors at the Times2 Academy, celebrate their mock trial victory today in a law class at the Providence charter school. The school has had a 100 percent graduation rate for two years in a row. Governor Carcieri and education officials visited the school this morning to announce Rhode Island high school graduation rates, which improved in 2008. Read more about graduation rates.
