Men's clothing company Jos. A. Bank (JOSB: NASDAQ GS) will give refunds to customers who buy a suit and then lose their jobs. And those customers will get to keep the suit. Under the Jos. A. Bank program, the suits must be purchased during the retailer's $199 sale, which started yesterday and runs to April 9. Customers have to show proof that they lost their job between April 16 and July 1 to get the refund. Jos. A. Bank will pay a refund up to $199. The maximum rebate is $199, even if you purchased a suit at a higher price, or more than one suit, according to a statement on the company's Web site. The purchaser will need to provide certain documentation when applying for the rebate. Jos. A. Bank operates 461 stores in 42 states, including outlets in Cranston, Newport and Smithfield, as well as in Mansfield, Mass., and Waterford, Conn. |
