Sentencing likely today for convicted murderer Richardson

James Richardson, convicted in the 2005 murder of Margaret Duffy-Stephenson of Warwick, is expected to be sentenced today in Providence Superior Court.

Richardson killed Duffy-Stephenson, a teacher's aide, as he attempted to burglarize her home in Warwick.
