PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) -- Rhode Island College today will formally open a new center to train educators in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Governor Carcieri will join education officials for a ribbon cutting ceremony at the $2.9-million facility on RIC's campus. The center will offer training to future and current educators so they can better teach high-tech subjects to their students. |
