The state Department of Transportation and Governor Carcieri's Office of Economic Recovery and Reinvestment have made DOT contract opportunities easier to find on the Web. The DOT already lists contract opportunities for its regular audience -- contractors -- but the contracts are easier to find and more easily understood on the new addresses, at the home page of the DOT Web site at www.dot.ri.gov and the OERR Web site at www.gov.ri.gov/recovery.
