LITTLE COMPTON -- A contractor has been called to clean up a diesel spill on Peckham Road after a truck overturned this morning, according to a spokeswoman from the state Department of Environmental Management. The truck spilled some 20 gallons on Peckham Road near the Burchard Avenue intersection, according to the spokeswoman. The DEM has gone to the scene of the spill. |
