PROVIDENCE -- A Providence man, indicted yesterday by a statewide grand jury in the murder of Leonardo Manzano in August, is to be arraigned tomorrow in Providence County Superior Court. Kendell Bliss, 18, of 57 Berkshire St., faces handed on one count of murder, one count of first-degree robbery, one count of conspiracy to commit robbery, one count of discharging a firearm while committing a crime of violence, and one count of possession of a handgun without a permit, the Attorney General's Office announced today. |
