Ged Round of Scituate secures a wooden framework over a 29-foot boat in the Greenwich Bay Marina today in Warwick. With the help of a propane-fueled "gun," he says he and fellow workers will shrink wrap a 35-by-20-foot piece of plastic around the craft, keeping it safe from the weather all winter long.
