PAWTUCKET -- The Pawtucket Police Department is investigating the robbery of a pizza delivery man last night in the Woodlawn section of town. Det. Lt. Daniel Mullen said two men with a gun confronted a delivery man from Pawtucket Lion Pizza, 197 Mineral Spring Ave. in the hallway of 30 Mary St., as he attempted to deliver an order. The men took his cash and cell phone, Mullen said. The police did not say how much cash was taken. No one was injured. One of the men is described as as an approximately 20-year-old black man, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, with a slim build, wearing a black jacket and black hat. |
