Cold start, icy roads

PROVIDENCE -- We are waking up to a chilly morning and plenty of icy roads. So be careful.

Today's high temperature will reach 22 degrees, but wind chill values -- the "feels like" temperatures -- will be as low as -3, according to the National Weather Service. Winds will blow from the west at 20 to 25 mph., with gusts as high as 46 mph.

And we could still see more precipitation starting tomorrow night. But with temperatures expected to reach the mid- to upper 40s by midweek, we shouldn't have to worry about any snow accumulation or ice buildup.
