Police said this morning that a mother and son from Swansea, Mass., reported missing yesterday afternoon, have been located in Westerly. A police dispatcher, contacted around 10:30 this morning, said they had been found, and no further information was available. Joana Gracia, 78, and her son, Stephen Gracia, 51, had last been seen in a brown 2003 Toyota Camry -- Massachusetts registration: 791000 -- yesterday around 4:45 p.m. in East Providence. The two were supposed to be heading back to their home in Swansea, Mass., but never arrived. A Swansea police news release at midday said "both are reported to be fine." A driver who had seen their vehicle driving in Westerly notified Westerly police. Arrangements have been made to return the Gracias to their Swansea home.
