EAST PROVIDENCE -- The man whose body was found Monday in a parking area of a business on North Brow Street was 61-year-old Francis X. Mackey of Providence, according to East Providence police Capt. Walter Barlow. The police believe the death was accidental. The Office of State Medical Examiners has found the cause of death to be a head injury. The police are waiting on a toxicology report from the medical examiners. The body was found at about 5:15 a.m. North Brow Street is in the eastern part of the city, off Waterman Avenue, near train tracks. -- projo.com staff writer Michael P.
