PROVIDENCE -- Bank of America City Center skating rink opens for the season tomorrow at 6 p.m. General admission is $6 for adults and $3 for seniors and children (under 12). Skates can be rented for $4. Discounts are available for school groups. The 14,000-square-foot rink is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The rink is open on all winter holidays. Among the programs offered this season is free skating for Providence residents, with valid identification, on the first Saturday of each month with a $2 charge for skate rental. Other offers:
