EXETER -- Gov. Carcieri, Sen. Jack Reed and Congressmen Patrick Kennedy and James Langevin this morning will dedicate the new administration building and information kiosk at the Rhode Island Veterans' Cemetery. The dedication will be at 9:30 a.m. at the cemetery, 301 South County Trail, Exeter. The $5.7 million cemetery improvement project was funded by the federal Department of Veterans' Affairs. Paul B. McFarlane, director of the Department of Veterans' Affairs National Cemetery, will also be on hand for this morning's event. |
