Providence firefighter Robert Reilly helps haul out an oil containment boom that's supposed to contain a 5000-gallon oil spill in a drill today at the Sprague Energy petroleum terminal on Providence Harbor. About 20 firefighters participated in the regional drill to stop a mock spill from spreading with an outgoing tide.
