In Barrington, Harbor Master Raymond Sousa said the town is simply advising residents to take extra precautions to make sure their boats are secure, and to remove any equipment that might blow away. "At this level of storm, we don't haul them out. We're in a pretty protected area," he said. -- Journal staff writer C. Eugene Emery Jr.
