The sentencing of Katherine Bunnell, who was convicted in May of second-degree murder in the October 2004 beating death of her 3-year-old nephew, Thomas "T.J." Wright, has been rescheduled to Oct. 2. Superior Court Judge Gilbert V. Indeglia, who is the trial judge in the Bunnell case, is currently presiding at the murder trial of Hamlet Lopez in Providence County Superior Court, according to an advisory from Attorney General Patrick C. Lynch's office. So the court requested the continuance. Sentencing had been scheduled for this coming Monday. |
