There's still time to get in the swing of things -- if the Olympics opening ceremonies on television aren't for you. The jazz festival opens tonight, with Chris Botti and Ledisi performing at the International Tennis Hall of Fame, Newport Casino, 194 Bellevue Ave., Newport. Also tonight, the 16-piece Arthur Medeiros Swing Band is performing from 6:30 to 8 in the Veterans Memorial Amphitheater next to Pawtucket City Hall on Roosevelt Avenue.
