It's rather discouraging that the Bishop and Pastors are so interested in protecting the concerns of illegal immigrants that they forget that there are crimes being perpetrated against legal citizens of this country and yes even of their parishes. Crimes of money perhaps, but crimes none the less. It has taken me 4 1/2 years and 12 THOUSAND dollars to reclaim my stolen identity, and I didn't see St. Theresa's Church having a fund raiser on my behalf or for any of the 400 victims of the stolen social security cards in Illinois. How about the stolen identies in the RI court houses? Where are the Pastors' voices on those victim's behalf?
It's hypocrisy at it's worst.
