KEENE, N.H. -- A Winchester, N.H., man has been arrested on charges he stabbed a Keene State College student from Rhode Island last month. Twenty-four-year-old Gary Duquette has been charged with first-degree assault in the stabbing of Justin Ranucci of Warwick, the Associated Press reported from information in The Keene, N.H., Sentinel.
