The state Health Department today recommended re-opening to swimmers the Bristol Town Beach and North Kingstown's Camp Grosvenor, meaning all 128 Rhode Island beaches are open. For swimming updates at the state's beaches, go to www.health.ri.gov or for recorded information call (401) 222-2751.
