Twitter: projo | RSS | Email alerts A Cumberland-based company is recalling nearly 1,000 pounds of chicken noodle products because they may contain soy, which is not declared on the label, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service. Simmering Soup Inc. is recalling it's 12-ounce boxes of "Trader Ming's" Yakisoba Noodles with sesame chicken breast. The boxes have the establishment number "P-2113" and a sell-by date of "8/26" or earlier. The company discovered the problem and issued the recall. The Food Safety and Inspection Service has not received any reports of illness of adverse reactions to the food. Anyone having problems related to the food should call a doctor.
