About 1,600 homes are still without power this morning after a brief, but powerful storm raced through Rhode Island yesterday. The cities and towns with the most problems are Warren, where about 360 are without power; Cranston, 300; Bristol, 167; East Greenwich, 155; and West Warwick, 100, according to David Graves, a spokesman for National Grid. The numbers are estimates, and changing fast, but overall 29 communities in the state reported problems after the storms, although not all are necessarily storm related, Graves said.
