Gas prices are reflecting a recent drop in crude oil prices and have fallen three cents this week in Rhode Island, according to AAA Southern New England. It's the second week in a row that prices have fallen, although last week's drop was just one penny. The average price for a gallon of regular, unleaded gasoline is $4.069 at the self-service pump, according to AAA's weekly survey. That's still $1.11 more than drivers were paying at this time last year. CommentsLeave a commentPlease be civil. Vicious comments, personal attacks and profanity won't be published. I just paid $3.99 at a Hess station. I don't understand how one Hess station within a mile another one can charge 5 cents more a gallon.
