Head to the Providence Performing Arts Center tonight at 8 to catch a production of The Producers, a Mel Brooks musical that begins a run of five shows here. The musical picked up a dozen Tony Awards in 2001. There will be two performances tomorrow and another two on Sunday. Tickets are $38 to $65. Call (401) 421-2787 or go to www.ppacri.org.
